We became little geologists last week. The kids had so much fun exploring their rocks from home and some we picked up outside. We used goggles and magnifying glasses to get a better look. We even made our own head lamps. We learned that rocks were made up of different minerals and how they were just like chocolate chip cookies, made up of different ingredients. Thank you parents for sending rocks with your kiddos. We had a blast!
